HEARTBROKEN 💔😥

I found out I was pregnant yesterday! 2 YES digitals and countless positive urine tests. I went to my OB today. They asked me to take an HCG test on one of those cassette urine tests and the doctor came in and said that the aid marked it as negative. She then went back to check on the test and said there is a faint line. I even looked at it myself and there it was! The doctor did a sono and said there's a lot of tissue in my uterus but it's just very very early. I have a 33 day cycle and my last Af was on February 12th. She then sent me for bloodwork to "see what was going on".. she told me not to be upset but I can't help but feel a roller coaster of emotions. Has this ever happened to anyone early on before?!?!
