yoga during first trimester
Hi ladies! For the past year, I've had an intermediate level, engaged yoga practice only slowing down in the past months bc of hormonal craziness. I went to a class last week when I was just barely 4 weeks and bloating like crazy and doing handstands (supported) just felt weird. Anyone have a fairly advanced practice keep up with it through all stages of pregnancy, with modifications of course.? 🤸🏻♀️
