ttc again after miscarriage

Boyfriend wants to put ttc on hold forever!! . He already has a son with his ex, which now I'm starting to resent because she got pregnant within a month and they had only been dating 2!! She uses son as a weapon, which makes me even more resentful!!

We have been together for 3 years and I have no children.

I really feel like that was my only chance. I obviously don't want to trick my boyfriend into me getting pregnant. But there is no reasoning with him and I'm starting to worry that this could be the end of our relationship.

It's been two months since my mc. I feel ready to start again but boyfriend is adamant he doesn't want to try again. I feel so lost.

I know it makes me a bad person, but i can't stay with him and his son if he's not willing to at least try with me! I want to at least try again. Anyone been in this position?
