I will be turning 20 this month and I spent my tax money on a car. The man we got it from from. Which my car was used it was 1,800 dollars. He told me and my hubby that we could put it in our name because we don't have a license. I have my permit. My fiance went to get Hus license and the DMV told us he couldn't get his license because he didn't have insurance... Sombody else told us we couldnt get insurance without a license but his pawpaw had to put the car in his name and the insurance . idk what to do I live in north Carolina. I'm so confused. Can I not get insurance without a license??? How am I supposed to get my license !!!! Please help.......
