Can someone help??

In worried about my baby. She is almost two months she seem sick but has no fever. She sleeps all day and it is very hard to wake her. Like it scared me I was spanking her bottom for an hour to wake her and she still wouldn't wake up. She eating fine but when she's done she back to sleep. I took her to the Dr but all she said was she has a ear infection but I'm not its that. Anyone know what wrong.
