4 days late

I am 4 days late. My lat period was on Jan 11. Symptoms I've had are milky discharge, chunky, but not a lot of cottage cheese like discharge ,when I pee only, no itchy or smell. Vivid dreams, itchy boobs. Upset stomach and more bowel movements than before I used to only go to the rr every 2-3 days. And one day we tried having sex and it was so dry!! Is it too early to test? Please help... Would be first pregnancy ever😳
