How did you lose your baby weight?

I have a shocker for everyone I lost 20lb during my pregnancy and then gained it back by the time I delivered at 34 weeks due to IUGR of my twins.(223lb) I got down to 210lb after delivery. I gained 5lb while breastfeeding and lost 10 after I quit breastfeeding. But I've gained 5 of it back this month. All this yo-yo business over 4.5 montjs
 I'm trying out ItWorks products since I don't have to worry about my milk anymore and I have to say i like it so far.

Breastfeeding only. I lost the 40 pounds I gained while pregnant plus 30 more (down 70 total)

I literally have no idea. It fell off. I haven't worked out once and I only have 3 lbs left to lose. Baby is 6 months and I gained 42 total.

I didn't do anything except breastfeed. I'm 6 months pp and I weigh 30 lbs less than I did pre pregnancy. I only gained 15 during and was on the chubby side though.
