I have a Medela PISA which is great to take on the go. I have a car power adapter for it too so I can pump in the car. I plan to pump to/ from work since it's an hour drive. However, if you're planning to exclusively or mostly pump rather than nurse I would invest in a hospital grade pump. I thought i wouldn't bother in the beginning but the hospital grade pump has been easier on my nipples. I have the Medela Symphony which has been great. Most of the parts are interchangeable which adds to the positives.

Got a free breast pump from yummy mummy through my insurance. It was Medea. Target also has an insurance plan as well. Hope that helps.

I got a medela, it was a proper bargain, Amazon warehouse deals, down from over 200 to 60. They've sold out but worth keeping an eye out. It works great too x

I did a lot of homework.  Insurance bought me the Medela pump in style, and I needed a battery operated one so I ended up purchasing the spectra s2.  I really like the spectra, it seems a bit gentler and has some great features, like remembering your pump setting, shows you the timer, and has a night light(not a necessity,  but it is nice to have).  I was planning on getting the Medela free style, but am very happy I switched to the spectra at the last minute!
