Baby's Feeding Schedule

Hello everyone I just had a Quick question given I'm a first time mom how long should you keep waking ur baby in the middle of the night to feed? I do breastfeed & My feeding schedule is every 3 hours.He usually will wake up on his own knowing it's feeding time and I have also had him sleep threw out the night a few times on accident. He is now a month and 1 week old.If anyone could give me any advise on this that would be awesome. Thank you in advance :)
