Positive OPK inspiration

How many of you got pregnant the first time you used OPKs? Used them for the first time last month as it was our first month TTC. BD the two days leading up to ovulation AND on the day of positive OPK. Not getting my hopes up for a positive test this month but wondering if anyone else has!?
