*sigh* Another disappointment... should I get checked?

Another month with no good news. How long went by before you decided to get checked for infertility?

I went to my ob after 10 months and she did tests on me. Blood work and a ultra sound to see if my tubes are blocked. Came back that I am perfectly good and nothing is wrong. Next step is to have my husband tested. She gave me the script already but we are going to hold off another cycle or so then if still nothing he will get checked. She told me 85% of couples take up to a year to get pregnant

Many specialists want to see 12 months of tracked cycles before testing. Sorry for the bfn 😔

For my doctor he had to have a year of trying .

My dr said healthy couples can take 6mo-1yr before getting pregnant. I'd recommend talking with your dr, but save extensive testing for after a year.
