Dayquil?

I'm 18 weeks, and was wondering if you can take dayquil? Or what you can take for a cold and congestion?

Says you can take Vicks cough syrup on my list of safe drugs

I would ask the Dr. I know Claritin is ok, but don't know about day quill. There are some cold and sinus meds that aren't good for baby, but don't know the names right off the top of my head. Just call and ask. It's no big deal.

Ask the doc! Also, if you are going to look anything up, please use a site like drugs.com. This site is what doctors use. It will tell you if a drug is safe for pregnancy. But definitely ask your doc!!

I was told that DayQuil isn't safe. Please ask your doc or look it up!

Nothing with a small percent of alcohol in it. I called Labor and Delivery, they told me not to take it.
