my husband works alot and during the day he finds sleep hard because of our neighbors .. ive never confronted them but am def about to do something at least in need of.. they blast thier music early on in the morning and then thier dog 🐶 cries like its been cut of ears or hands my goodness wtf lol who do i complain too? them or the apartment manager???!???
