I've been bleeding for....

I've been bleeding for 14 days straight. I don't know what's wrong with me. I feel hopeless. I missed my period last month. Am I bleeding that much because I missed last month? I had blood work done, the only thing that came back abnormal was FSH, it was low.

I have an ultrasound this week. Has anyone had this issue? My husband and I have been trying for almost a year.
