18 months breastfeeding no weightloss
Any tips how to lose weight while still breastfeeding a 18 month old. I still have 30 pounds to lose. I seem to lose 10 pounds and gain it back. Is there any safe appitte suppressants to use while breastfeeding. I'm sick of this extra weight 😳
