Not pregnancy related but I always get ingrown toenails but usually can just hook them out, trim them and its fine. Since having my daughter i hadnt been checking until my toe was really swollen and hurting, dr told me to try soaking and hooking it like usual before going in to see him. I did and managed to get a big spikey bit of nail come out and then followed by some pus. That was about a month and a half ago now and its still swollen and feels like there is a pin in my toe when it gets touched, doesnt hurt to wear shoes or anything though. I have pulled my nail and my nail doesnt go up as high as the swollen bit, so my nail isnt actually causing the pain. Do you think when i pulled the nail out last time that it left a piece in my skin somewhere? Cant see a doctor for a while because its not an emergency.
