I really have watch what I say

I recently learned how invert (going upside ) pole. My sister was watching me. She complimented me on it and my body. I say thanks but I know I'm fat and look sloppy. No sooner then I said this that I realised my niece and daughter had came in. I get down and tell them was wrong of me to speak body that way. That should always love their self s. I feel so ashamed. I swear I'm working on way I view my body. I feel bad because although didn't curse the tone in voice about my body could really send wrong message to my girls.
