sleeping in tampons??

I want to sleep with tampons but I'm too worried about it being in for too long. I know you're suppose to only have them in for 8 hours but can I go a few over??

i always sleep in mine. it's just more comfortable for me. if you're really worried you could set an alarm to get up and change it. i just put it in once i realize im getting super tired and the first thing when i wake up i change it.

If you need to set an alarm so you can change it. I usually slept in mine but I never slept more than 8 hours.. so I didn't have that issue

I sleep in mine all the time but I rarely get 8 hours of sleep. Also I'll change it right before I go to sleep and as soon as I wake up

Yes you can. As long as it's nothing crazy like 10 hours you'll be fine. I sleep in mine all the time.
