I am 2 years clean from self harm however my scars will always be there unfortunately. They're very wide and cover my right arm and theres more on my left. I have been thinking about getting a sleeve done for quite some time, however I was asked if they could even do that because of how many scars I have. They're long healed but still puff up more than my normal skin. Would I be able to get tattoos over them? Thank you so much!
