Hey all! I'm 36 yrs old,  I usually go 7 days on my period but 5 6 7 day is always the brown stuff an never get cramps at the end, well the past couple of days after having a bowl movement then taken a shower I'm so crampy it had me crying yesterday they were so bad, but no bleeding just alittle. I called the obgyn waiting for them to call back.  It's starting to freak me out. What's my body doing ?
