Tmi. But my baby is 4 1/2 months. She is not on food stage yet. Her diapers has been looking like this for a week now. She was sick the week before that and they didn't look like this. . She has no fever     However she is a little congested. Still spitting up mucus . I get at least 3 a day like this.  Is this poop alarming or just normal. Btw it's runny and I get at least one blow out a day
