living life as a loner

I choose to live life alone. I don't date much at all. I go everywhere, even drive by myself. I struggle with PTSD so I drift in and out. I'm wanting to have kids and I just don't want to be this person doing activities by myself. I go to the movies by myself and etc. I'm not sure if this a good thing or bad thing.
