Stretch mark prevention!?

Hey ladies! Was wondering if any of you have had success with any products to prevent/treat stretch marks? I'm 8 weeks pregnant and would rather prevent stretch marks than try to heal them later! I've heard good things about bio oil.

You can't prevent them. Stretch marks are scars. They happen when your skin is stretched beyond what it can handle (as with pregnancy or rapid weight gain) which causes damage that needs to be repaired with scar tissue.

Not sure how far along you are, but working out helped me. Plus rubbing my belly in Shea butter & trying not to scratch when it itched

You can't prevent them from occurring if they're gonna come they're gonna come. You can keep hydrated and use something on your belly in hopes that they won't be so harsh. I used bio oil and coconut oil everyday but still got them.
