Anxiety...

Starting in June of 2016, I started to get numb on my right side of my body. I freaked & went to many doctor appointment, got a CT scan & an MRI but all didn't show anything. The doctors don't seem too concerned with it, but always mentioned it could be anxiety. I shut it down since I didn't believe I fully had it, as I didn't feel too stressed. 
Today, I was sitting in a talk at my college & what they mentioned triggered me (don't want to talk about it). I started to get numb all on my upper body & I felt like it was just getting worse. I had to remove myself from the talk as it was just too much. I believe I'm suffering from anxiety, and I know there will be comments to go to the doctor, but I wanted to know if there were any home remedies or practices I can start? I don't want this to consume my life as I'm in my 3rd year of college which is stressful already. Any advice would be amazing 😊
