Idk who voted no.. but please leave. My closest cousin was constantly abused mentally and physically by her boyfriend before during and after her pregnancy. she never called the cops, until a couple of weeks ago she slapped him in the face for finding out he had been cheating on her having other women over while she's at home taking care of their child. He lives 5-6 houses down from her. He called the cops on her for slapping him and now it's gonna be turned into a case. She's been with him longer than a year, and after so much she stuck through she finally had the courage to leave him. Things will not change, there is no "good" in a man that lays his hand on a women let alone when you are bearing his child. If you don't leave now things will get worse, the longer you stay the more you allow. Please I hope you do leave him. He does not deserve you or to be a part of the family you guys are creating . If not for you, do it for your little one, no child would rather see their parents together if that means their father is abusing their mother, there's no fairy tale ending love, please consider what everyone has to say.
