Can two virgins having sex pass any kind of std or sti to each other?

Boyfriend says no but I just gotta be ABSOLUTELY sure ya know?

My little sister had chlamydia a while back and took medicine for it and is better but she would often use my towels and steal my razor -_- (sisters, yay)
The doctor said I'm fine but I just thought I'd put the question out there just to be safe.

If you're clean (and you should be) and as long as he is then you're fine. The only way a virgin can get an STI is at birth from the mother. And doctors are very equipped to help make sure that doesn't happen anymore.

You could get certain blood-born STIs (like AIDS or HIV) from coming into contact with an infected persons blood (which is what would happen during birth). But that's very unlikely unless you work with blood that has that possibility.

You can develop HPV without having ever had sex (this can be sexually transmitted). But that's not very common.

But you really should use a condom anyways just in case. And if you don't want a baby protection is always necessary. So please use some form of birth control. If you're worried about STIs then use condoms. But the likelyhood of a virgin having one is very very tiny.
