Storing/transporting milk from work

Amanda.
I just started back to work, and I'm trying to figure out the best, most efficient way to store and transport my milk from work. Right now, I pump into the spectra s2 bottles, transfer the milk into mason jars (8oz size) for the first two pumps and then combine the last pump into one spectra bottle with a storage cap.
Then I get home, and we have to wash the lansinoh mOmma bottles we have for her to eat from (we have 4 right now). Then I transfer milk from the spectra bottle and mason jars into 3 mOmma bottles and any left over milk after prepping her bottles will go into freezer bags and frozen.
We have 2 jj cole bottle coolers for me to transport from work to home and for hubby to transport from home to grandpas. Two 8 oz mason jars and the 5 oz spectra bottle fits great in the bag, with the jars nestled next to each other on the bottom and the bottle on top.
The issue I am finding already (2 days back to work) is that I'm spending a lot of time transferring and washing all of the stuff.
So, I'm thinking maybe I should buy a pack of the lansinoh mOmma storage bottles and transfer the milk from the spectra bottles to the lansinoh bottles immediately after pumping, so all I need to do at home is switch the storage tops for nipple tops and then wash the used bottles for the day to pour into the next day... then immediately store the extra milk into freezer bags after I pump.
What is everyone else doing with pumped milk at work and do you have to transfer it at home for the next day etc?
