Small amount of Brown discharge/cm 12DPO. What do you think?

I had a fair bit of watery CM this morning. There's was some brown mixed in with it. I had a sharp pain 2 days ago that last about 10 mins. I'd like to know if you ladies think this was implantation bleeding or just AF on her way! No more brown since then.please help!
