BACK PAINS?!

Ladies! 
I am currently 15 weeks and as of 2 days ago or so I started getting these really bad lower back pains! From what I thought, isn't this supposed to happen when your farther along in pregnancy? Have any of you experienced something similar?
Pain feels SHARP like it starts on my lower back right side and goes to my tailbone. I feel I'm getting a cold so every single time I sneeze it hurts or if I bend a certain way. Just not sure if this can be from the pregnancy or maybe something else! It definitely is painful 😖 Thanks to anyone who responds!

Yes I get them too but my dog says it's due to stress an you should try to sit down more often an it also depends on your posture. You should take more breaks instead of always being up an down all the time , an this actually helps it takes less stress off your body.

I've been having those since about 12 weeks. I do pelvic tilts at night and then put a cold pack on my back for 20-30 minutes. It's made a world of difference in my sleeping and seems to feel better throughout the day.

I'm getting more back twinges now at 14w. The reason for your back pain can be two things, firstly as your body is more relaxed due to hormones it's easier to pull your back. ( I did this around 8w and couldn't walk properly for two days) so be careful bending and lifting etc. 
The other reason is during pregnancy your spine will re aline itself due to shift of your core, as you will be gaining a baby bump your centre of gravity shifts. So just take it easy. I would expect back pain to be far worse in the last trimester, but will get it before 🙂

I'm 13w and have been having lower back pain for about a week. Today I was in so much pain from cooking I went to the floor to lay down for a little while and stretch with my knees to my chest. It helped a lot. Also try ice packs and heat!

I'm 14 weeks & have really bad back pain too. The other night laying in bed it was pretty bad to the point I tried to give myself a massage😂

I hear you on that one!!! Sometimes I'll turn and it feels like my back just gave out, I'm 14 weeks...so I really don't know how much worse it's going to get when I start packing on the pounds. Agreed, I use ice packs and heating pads and that seems to give me some relief. Sometimes my husband will massage me...and that will work as well. Although, last time I balled my eyes out because it hurt to even touch, but the next day felt better. I hope this gets better for you :) and soon!!!
