Pescatarian Diet
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and would like input from ladies who already had kids rather than newbies (no offense ladies) I only eat fish, tofu, occasionally chicken if I'm feeling weak. I asked my OB if fish was okay and she said only 6 ounces! It sucks because my entire family eats nothing but fish. Talapia, shrimp and salmon are our go tos! Is there anything anyone recommends or is there really any danger if i consume a lot? My doctor told me if I had an urgent questions to call, i have an appointment in four weeks, but honestly my question is my body is adapted to eating fish.. I also notice that I'm eating A LOT! It's freaking nuts!! I drink more than enough water, and eat right amounts but I'm still hungry!!! Anyone have tips, please?
