Switching from bottle to breast? Do you mean you primarily feed from a bottle and need advice on latching or did you mean you want to transition to bottles only or are you wanting to use a bottle occasionally? Not clear on what you are asking.

Honestly, no bottle is going to be like the breast. It's all marketing hype. I have tried the calma and the milk comes out very fast and chokes my babies. 
My suggestion is to find a wide base nipple with the slowest flow you can find, like premie flow or level one and try paced bottle feeding. Just make sure to burp your baby frequently because they will take in much more air with the bottle and this style feeding

We have one Comotomo and it's a nice bottle for sure. The nipple is a lot more similar to a breast than (for example) a dr browns bottle. It's nice to clean and hold, but I feel like we have to sterilize it almost daily because the silicon holds onto bad smells for some reason!
