Is it just me?

Im 12 weeks pregnant & Everytime i take a shower I feel sick to my stomach. 
I get nauseous 
Sometimes I even puke.
I get dehydrated. And feel tired.

At first I thought it was Cuse I took hot showers but then  warm/cold showers make me feel this way as well. 
Is it just me? \(O.o)/

You can start taking water bottle in the shower with you. I started to get light headed and now I drink cold water while in the shower when it starts and it helps a lot.

This happens to me if im standing too long so in the shower too, I honestly dread having a shower but I normally just sit down for a bit in the shower, im 34+4 weeks & still happens

I have that in shower and walking around actually have to go to ground before doing what I was I'm only 5 weeks I get worried coz I'm type one and keep going low looking at bp tomorrow hopefully that will give me some answers

It happened to me for the first time the other day (I'm only 5w5dish) out of no where I got super light headed and felt like I was going to throw up, I ended up sitting down in the shower and waited like 2-3 mins before I felt ok again.

Is it just me?
