I went for a scan last week due to bleeding and the scan found a sac and yolk, no fetal pole and the outline of the sac was abnormal with some free fluid around it. I thought I was 6 weeks but looked more like 5. This was worrying and I was booked in for another in a weeks time. I had my second scan today to see if things were progressing  and we saw the fetal pole with a little heart flickering away! In only a week! I am amazed and so pleased. :-) I know I am no where near out of the woods yet but I feel like I can relax more now.
