Does anyone like their iud?

I just got the mirena iud and I'm wondering if anyone likes it? My nurse said it was the best and convinced me but now I'm not sure. I've only heard bad things from people I know despite the better reviews online.

I like mine. But I feel like I'm one of the few that stills has my period. Ive had it for a year and everyone says it'll eventually go away do let's hope lol.

I loved my first one; I had it for 4 years and it was great. I've also got two friends who are happy using it.
