Fitness Motivation!
I lost 160 pounds to have this baby! Currently 28 weeks...I'm trying to stay super healthy with this pregnancy & gain as little as possible! I lost 7 pounds in the first trimester but that's back now! 💔! Anyone wanna share some simple third trimester exercises or high protein recipe favorites??? Here's a pic! It's not a before and after, more like before and during! 😂
