I'm in an LDR and my boyfriend is extremely depressed. He has been for years but right now he is having an extremely rough patch. Its really hard for me, I've lost friends to suicide and my best friend use to be this bad- for two straight years and I was mentally exhausted from trying to help him and take his abuse he threw at me because of his illness. I dont know if I still have it in me to get through that again. HOWEVER I absolutely love this man and I want to help him. He REFUSES to get help. I need some tips, some pointers, literally anything
