spike at 5 DPO?

I showed a pretty good spike today, but I'm only 5 DPO so it shouldn't be a triphasic trend...or could it be ? Anyone experience this spike? I'm sure ovulation already happened - I've been taking OPKs everyday since cd 8. They've all been very negative since CD 11. I have a 26-27 day cycle
