How do I use this breast pump?

Like yes I know I have to stick it in my breast.  But I do that and turn it on and doesn't do anything. I see the pumping working on the pump but I don't feel any suction and it doesn't get the milk out. Am I doing something wrong? Please don't judge me, it's the first time I use one.

I want to add that the instructions are in Chinese so basically I would have just read the instructions but since I don't speak Chinese at all I can't

Check YouTube, I had a weird manual pump and searched it on YouTube and it was really helpful.
