Birth control side effects?

I'm the type to not trust any type of medication but my periods/pms are SO horrible! So are there any negative side effects? I have really bad anxiety, could bc make it worse? Help girls!!!!

Try the IUD I had mine for 5 years, I didn't have any issues, didn't gain weight, wasn't emotional, it was amazing! It hurt when I first got it but it was well worth it.

My best friend took the pill to help with cramps. It caused lots clots in her lungs and she died. Because of that, I will never take the pill.

It's only my 4th day and I feel the same, happy self 🤗 I think it depends on you...I was nervous too because so many girls post about how it's terrible but I feel fine! Hopefully it stays this way since it's only my 4th day but if you decide to get on it and it doesn't work out you can always switch!
