Depressed scared and nervous

I got myself mirena removed a year ago, after 4 years. The crash was more than 2 weeks. My cycles are incredibly irregular. Went 48 days, no period, then I got it for 5 days. According to this app, I'm now a week late.

I'm afraid to take a test because I don't want to see a negative result. I had some weird spotting right before I was supposed to start, lasted 2 days, and now nothing. When should I try to test?
