Possible herpes?

This looks weird but don't worry, it's just the inside of my finger. I have genital herpes and occasionally get these weird, painful bumps on my fingers though I never have actual outbreaks. Could these be from the herpes? I'm afraid to pop them because I don't want to spread infection.
