any migraine suffers??😷

Juat woke up to a horrible migraine! Im feeling super nauseous 😷🤕 and my head is pounding!  What do u take for migraines?

Sumatriptin is my friend. Woke up at 4 this morning with a awful migraine and took one of my pills.. Was able to get back to sleep.

Acetaminophen... and rest in a dark quiet room if you can. A shower as hot as you can stand it helps too sometimes... let it beat on your chest and back. This is what helps me and I have migraines so bad I've had to stay home. If you're a chronic suffer like me research the ear piercings that are good for headaches/migraines. I haven't gotten mine yet but I've heard they are great.

I have awful migraine headaches and I was diagnosed with them 3 years ago. I went to the Chiropractor and he recommended Feverfew. It's a natural herb supplement that helps subside migraine headaches as well as other medical problem.  It works wonderfully for me. You can find it at a local grocery store or GNC. Walmart and Walgreens sells it. 😊 Maybe try it for a month and if you haven't noticed a difference, the other ladies that commented have been a great help.

I have them every other week, so twice a month. Went to neurologist and he determined its hormone related and gave me some supplements to try! So far haven't had a migraine in a month!!!
I got all of these off amazon, and read the reviews of others with migraines!!

Riboflavin 400mg
Magnesium 400mg
I have combined both of those along with my prenatal and so far so good! He also suggested pairing:
Magnesium 400mg
Butterbur 75 mg two times a day.
