what helps ?

My daughter has been sick for about 4 days doctors say it's a viral infection her fever has been gone for about 2 days but the only thing that is bothering her is her wet cough I've tried so many medicines nothing is working . Any other moms know good medicines that will help with the wet cough I haven't really slept for about 2 days been trying to make her comfortable .
