My little one has the worst eczema all over his body, we use sensitive soap for bath time and then Aveeno Baby Eczema lotion. It's worked really well!

My son has the same thing. We use Ave enough Excema Care for bath and daily moisturizer and Hydrocortisone 0.5% on a bad break out which clears it up quickly. 
 He's 14weeks and I'm trying to nail down his triggers. Poor little ones.  😯

My daughters face went like this and the doctor said it was eczema and prescribed us a cream. It cleared up in a few days. We were given Oilatum.

We had this and used coconut oil and it went away in about 3 days. She is BF and I believe it was related to all the diary

That's what my LOs eczema looks like. My doc said to quit dairy and rub a mix of OTC hydrocortisone and cerave onto it at night

My son gets that sometimes ! I asked the doc and he said its just a rash but nithing severe so he gave me some cream for it and it takes it away really fast ! The cream is called Hydrocortisone 1% cream

We have it as well.. bathe every other day, daily wash with washcloth after eating or excess saliva with warm water and use a aveeno daily moisturizer several times a day. Mine clears up.. if baby breastfeeds its from the milk not being wiped off or from slobber irritation, It takes about 2-3 days to go away.
