I'm 19 weeks pregnant and stuck between getting a new job or staying at the one I am now the one I am working at now is only part time and somewhere else that I got offered would be an 8 to 5 job my concerns are asking for maternity leave 3 months into this new job then being away from my baby girl for about 10 hours Monday through Friday how do you working moms deal with this ? does baby sleep pretty much throughout the day and it's not a big concern? What about breastfeeding? Isn't there a bond built there? Should I just wait to job search after the 3 months maternity leave ?. Help
