Should I...(read description first)

My SO and I have been together almost 3 years. He keeps bringing up sex. We have talked about before. There is times when I feel like I'm ready and there is times where I'm scared to actually go through with it. Its like I'm 80% ready and 20% not. Were both 17 & virgins. I'm not sure what to do.
