GSB swab
I saw some posts from ladies freaking out about their GSB swabs and wanted to share my experience.
I just got back from mine and they let me do it myself. If you're anxious about it maybe ask if that's an option for you. I could see maybe not all places allowing that but my clinic is so laid back they were the ones who suggested it 😱
