Short cervix checkup

I found out at 19 weeks I have a short cervix and had to go back a week later and they said it got shorter so now I have to go to my regular ob tomorrow and see what they want to do, iam already on those progesterone pills. They have talked about putting in a stitch if it comes to it. I have my appt tomorrow to check and see iam so nervous it's all I can think about. Anyone been in my situation?

UPDATE: I went to my high risk doctor today I go each week between my high risk and ob doctor, my cervix has gotten shorter and surgery is still on the table even though Iam currently 23 weeks pregnant. I am seeing 3 doctors at the moment and this last doctor gave me motrin which iam still confused on why iam taking this 4 times a day and I am still on progesterone. My baby is at 1lb and 5 Ounces. Iam still nervous as ever.
