Red spots?

Just got out of the shower and realized these red dots. Never had anything like this, they're not raised or itchy from what I can tell. Anyone have anything similar? I'm not allergic to anything but medicine but I guess idk haha

I had something that looked pretty similar to what that looks like. My dermatologist diagnosed it as Pityariasis Rosea. It wasn't really itchy, and there was I think one large red spot (herald patch) with a bunch of smaller patches on my stomach and neck. It went away after a while, wasn't really anything to worry about. You could try a dermatologist just to rule out anything that might need to be treated.
