So I have a question so I haven't being feeling well lately like almost strange I being getting gas cramps and my boobs hurt and yestaday I after I was doing taking a Pooping break I look down and I saw bright red blood and it's came out of my vigina and I being feeling nauseous too could this mean I probably pregnant or whatttttttrt
